Pipe hydrotesting plants

GTS philosophy relies on responsibility approach applying to the production quality control and safety in operation with it, during exploitation process. For example, to control pressure tightness and capacities of the pipes there are used powerful hydrotesters.

Hydrotesters pump special fluid into the pipe under pressure a little higher than calculated under normal operating conditions. The equipment is controlled by the CNC. Operation safety and the ease of operation provide continuous, automatic or semi-automatic hydrotesting of pipes.
